Cleaning: classic one-off cleaning

The service carried out was okay. However, Zizens came with a lady, who didn't speak English. She did most of the clean with Zizens coming in and out. She also spoke on the phone while cleaning, which was a bit disruptive to my partner who was working from home. They were overall polite when speaking to us. The clean, which was more akin to a general clean with hoovering, bathroom clean and surface clean, was done fine. The house was left in a good condition. However, given that this is not a big flat and we paid for 4 hours of clean I would have expected the general clean to only take half the time, with the rest focused on windows, oven and final touches. These were done, but only after prompting from my partner. They didn't clean under the couch or above the cupboards due to safety, which is understandable. However, my partner did ask them to do this from the start, and it was not communicated they would not until my partner asked why this was not done - only then the safety issue was mentioned. More clear communication about expectations and what can be done would have been appreciated from the start.

Thank you Zizen you did an excellent job. Zizen was very professional, thorough and did not need much explaining as he is very experienced. Left the house sparking and smelling fresh. Zizen even asked just before leaving if there was anything else I would like doing. A true professional and offers service with a smile.
