Cannot fault the WeCasa app and initial setup but I am afraid the cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired. Our cleaner was lovely but obviously had virtually no training. Yes accidents happen but using a metal scourer on a painted metallic tap is of course going to leave scratch marks. Thank you for your time but I don't think this will become the regular cleaning service we hoped.
