ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company WECASA CARE, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 40,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 8 rue Livingstone, 75018 Paris, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under the number 909 713 240 – Intra-Community VAT number: FR15909713240 – (hereinafter the “Organizer”), is organizing a competition with a random draw entitled: “WECASA JACKPOT – Win 3 months of cleaning” (hereinafter the “Game”).

ARTICLE 2 – DURATION AND AVAILABILITY

The Game will take place from 05/01/2026 at 00:00 to 18/01/2026 at 23:59 (French time).The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, modify, shorten, extend or cancel the Game if exceptional circumstances so require; in which case the Organizer shall not be held liable.

ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

3.1 Eligibility: The Game is open exclusively to adult individuals residing in the United Kingdom, having the quality of “New Customer” as defined below.

3.2 Definition of New Customer: A “New Customer” is considered to be anyone who has never benefited from a service performed at home by a professional via the Wecasa platform (website or mobile application), regardless of its nature (cleaning, beauty, hairdressing, etc.), including people who have created an account or made a booking which has never resulted in a service actually being delivered. 

3.3 Exclusions: The following are excluded from any participation:

●       The corporate officers and employees of the company Wecasa;

●       People who have already benefited from a Wecasa service in the past:

●       Anyone with a legal or family relationship with the organizers. 

3.4 Single-entry participation: Only one entry will be allowed per person (same name, same postal address, same email address or same phone number).

ARTICLE 4 – METHODS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Game is carried out exclusively on the platform wecasa.co.uk or the Wecasa mobile application.

4.1 Game mechanics: To validate their participation, the participant must, during the period defined in Article 2:

1. Book a regular household cleaning service.
2. Fill in the promotional code “JACKPOT” when confirming the order.
3. Make sure that the first service is scheduled and that the customer account is active.

4.2 Promotional advantage linked to the code: The use of the code “JACKPOT” gives the participant an immediate 20% discount on their first regular classic cleaning session. This discount is a benefit distinct from the prize at stake.

Any cancellation, suspension, termination or request for reimbursement of the classic regular cleaning service:

–            before the date of the draw results in the automatic exclusion of the participant from the Game, without the possibility of reinstatement or compensation;

–            after the date of the draw, entails, in the event of a win, the definitive loss of the benefit of the prize, except in cases of duly justified force majeure, without the possibility of compensation, exchange or replacement of said prize.

4.3 Validity of the booking: To be eligible for the draw, the booking must remain valid (not cancelled, not suspended, not refunded) until the date of the draw. Any termination of the classic regular cleaning service before the draw will invalidate the participation.

4.4 Verifications and exclusions: The Organizer reserves the right to carry out any verification in order to ensure:

–            the genuineness of the booking;

–            the recurring nature of the service;

–            the effective maintenance of the booking until the draw.

Any fraud, attempt to circumvent the rules or misuse of the device (in particular creation of multiple accounts or fictitious bookings) will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant, without notice.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE

The Game offers a unique prize bundle (hereinafter the “Prize“) consisting of:

• Provision of classic regular cleaning sessions of 2 hours per week, for 3 months.
• Limitation: The prize is capped at a maximum of 13 sessions of 2 hours each.
• Value: The total commercial value is estimated at €491,40 INCLUDING VAT (based on an average rate of £18.90 / hour).

Conditions of the Prize:

• The Prize is strictly individual, non-transferable and cannot be the subject of any financial alternative, exchange or refund.
• The execution of the services is subject to the availability of professionals in the geographical area of the winner. In the event of the technical or geographical impossibility of providing the service, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of equivalent value or to cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 – DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER AND AWARDING OF THE PRIZE

6.1 Random draw: It will be carried out on 19 January 2026 via a random draw algorithm guaranteeing impartiality. 

The draw may be carried out without public dissemination and will be the subject of a time-stamped internal minutes, all of which will be kept as evidence.

6.2 Announcement: The winner will be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours by phone and/or email. 

6.3 Foreclosure: The winner will have to confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 calendar days. Failing this, the prize will be considered lost and may be put back into the draw by the Organizer in order to offer it to someone else.

ARTICLE 7 – EXCLUSION AND FRAUD

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided. Any attempt at fraud (multiple accounts, fictitious bookings, bots, etc.) will result in the immediate and definitive exclusion of the participant and, if necessary, the cancellation of the prize, even after it has been awarded.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

The Organizer cannot be held liable in the event of:

• Malfunction of telecommunication networks preventing access to the site.
• Participant input errors.
•  Incidents related to the performance of the service by the professional (Wecasa acting as a platform for connecting people).

Wecasa reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend or cancel the Game if circumstances so require, without being held liable.

ARTICLE 9 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

The personal data collected as part of the Game are processed by the Organizer in their capacity as data controller, on the basis of the execution of the Game, for the sole purpose of managing the Game and designating the winner.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, object and restrict the processing of their data.
